Individual Coaching
We help clients develop an individualized plan for succeeding in the workplace and throughout their lifetime. We also provide referrals to other community resources for other assistance.
Meet with a staff person to develop goals, gain support, get employment guidance and discover other resources in the community.
Professional Women’s Group (PWG)
This career development program is open to Dress for Success Colorado Springs participants who have successfully gained employment and who are committed to on-going professional and personal development. Individuals become members in a nation-wide program based right here in our local Dress for Success Colorado Springs location.
Each regularly scheduled meeting consists of networking and a presentation focused on personal and professional development.

Computer Assistance
Classes and Certification Courses available for Microsoft Office 2007
Computer 1 on 1 - Increase your computer skills in individual setting
Computer Lab - Fill out applications, on-line job searches, or access your email free of charge and no session time-out
Leadership Certificates
Women often take care of the entire world before they take care of themselves. We want to reverse that mentality. We want to reward women for their self-care t, by recognizing their efforts. This also gives women goals to work towards. One of our participants that received each of these levels said: "It made me feel like I accomplished something, and what I did meant something and I did it. It was also for my kids. To show them that if I can do this, so can they!"
When women complete more services they not only gain additional tools for employability but increase their self–esteem and self worth.
Level One Certificate is awarded to women who complete three services
Level Two Certificate is awarded to women who complete five services
Level Three Certificate is awarded to women who complete eight or more services

Dress for Success Colorado Springs
At our boutique, clients receive one-on-one coaching from a Personal Shopper and select an appropriate interview suit to make the transition back to the workforce easier. Outfits include accessories and are free to clients to keep.
After gaining employment, clients return for additional workplace outfits and the opportunity to join our Professional Women's Group, an employment retention and career advancement program.
